Frequently Asked Questions

Medicare and other insurance companies are making it increasingly difficult for Healthcare Providers to provide exceptional care to their patients. They have increased limitations on appointments and established frequency rules on certain procedures, while lowering their Professional reimbursements. The hybrid concierge model allows us the opportunity to dedicate more time and attention to our patients, provide priority appointment slots, and direct communication with your doctor. 

You will have direct access to Dr. Paicius, via his cell and email. Priority and/or same day appointment times (in office), when necessary, and priority appointments at the surgery center, when necessary. You will also have direct access to the VIP concierge phone line with texting capabilities during business hours. 

Yes! We will still bill Medicare for your office visits and surgery center appointments.
Please note: NCSC is still contracted with Medicare. As such, the facility must comply with all Medicare frequency limitations and rules for certain procedures. If you choose to move forward with a procedure that is within the frequency limitation, you will need to sign an ABN consent and pay the Medicare allowable fee for that procedure. The facility will not be able to courtesy bill Medicare for that procedure, if you choose to move forward with the appointment during “black out” dates. 
The Partial concierge program will be available for our other In-Network PPO patients as of October 1st. (Not available for Worker’s Compensation patients)

No. However, you may do telemedicine visits with Dr. Paicius and our other providers on a case-by-case basis.

Access to Practice facilitated by a dedicated and concierge only phone line, which will be answered by a member of our staff during business hours.
